Welcome to SiteBotics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (sitebotics.io) and the SaaS products and services we provide. By accessing our Site, requesting a demo, or using any SiteBotics product, you agree to these Terms.
MCY Site Services, LLC d/b/a SiteBotics ("we," "us," or "our") develops vertical SaaS for trade businesses, including PoolLogix for custom pool builders.
Services provided
We develop and operate vertical SaaS products for trade businesses. Our flagship product, PoolLogix, is operations software for custom pool builders. The sitebotics.io website serves as our marketing and information site. Product evaluation, sign-up, and use of individual SaaS products is governed by separate product-specific terms made available to customers during onboarding.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By requesting a demo or otherwise engaging with our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. Use of our Site, services, and SMS program is intended solely for adults aged 18 and older.
Demo requests and sales communications
When you contact SiteBotics to request a demo, ask a question, or evaluate a product, you may communicate with our team via phone, email, video call, or SMS (after opting in). We will use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, and follow up on your evaluation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us, and to update that information as needed.
SiteBotics SMS program terms
Program Name: SiteBotics SMS Program
Program Description: SiteBotics operates a transactional SMS program that sends meeting, scheduling, sales follow-up, and account-related notifications to customers and prospects who have opted in. This is a non-marketing program. We do not send promotional, advertising, or marketing content via SMS.
Messages sent through this program include, but are not limited to:
- Demo and meeting confirmations
- Scheduling updates and reminders
- Sales conversation follow-ups
- Account and service updates
- Responses to inquiries
Expected message frequency: Varies based on conversation activity. Typically 1 to 4 messages per active conversation.
Opt-In: Customers opt in by providing verbal consent during a phone call or video demo with our team, or by providing written consent via email reply. Consent is not a condition of evaluating, demoing, or purchasing any SiteBotics product.
Opt-Out (Reply STOP): To opt out of SMS messages at any time, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from SiteBotics. You may also reply with any of these keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us.
Additional Opt-Out Methods:
- Call (832) 979-6133 and request removal from SMS notifications
- Email info@sitebotics.io with an opt-out request
Rejoining: To resume SMS communications after opting out, you may re-opt in through any of the methods listed in the Opt-In section above.
Help (Reply HELP): For support with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message, call (832) 979-6133, or email info@sitebotics.io.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you receive from or send to SiteBotics. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are not charged by SiteBotics. Standard carrier rates for text messages will apply per your mobile plan. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Carrier Liability: SiteBotics and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and is outside the control of SiteBotics. We cannot guarantee delivery of all messages, and we are not responsible for:
- Messages delayed or not delivered due to carrier issues
- Messages filtered as spam by your carrier
- Messages not received due to device, network, or service interruptions
- Any charges incurred as a result of receiving our messages
Compliance with Industry Standards: Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable state and federal regulations governing commercial text messaging.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteBotics' liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SiteBotics harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Site or services, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Electronic signatures
You agree that electronic signatures, acceptance of Terms via the Site, and SMS or email acknowledgments constitute valid and binding agreements under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
